The rebirth of a historical Parisian venue

MOMA GROUP is teaming up with chef MORY SACKO for the first time with the desire to conceive a unique offer on the Parisian market : Lafayette’s

It was at the 8 rue d’Anjou that the Marquis and General Lafayette spent the last years of his life.  A legendary figure of US history, named as an “honorary citizen”, nicknamed the “hero of two worlds”, he lived in this private house built in 1728 by Antoine Mazin, Louis XV’s architect.  The location was then listed as part of France’s historical heritage.  Renowned for his battles and activism, Lafayette also had a taste for the social life, hosting receptions at the Hôtel Mazin that were attended by Paris’ finest.

Today, Moma Group and chef Mory Sacko are reopening the doors of this exclusive Parisian landmark with a 400 m2 restaurant (seats 100), designed by the duo to echo the heyday of this landmark establishment. Lafayette’s invites you to enjoy a unique experience, that of a time-travelling private evening that the Marquis might have thrown himself.

Hidden within a listed private house, with its distinctive architecture, atmosphere and cuisine, Lafayette’s invites you to indulge in a unique evening.

Café Lapérouse open its door in London

In the Whitehall district, The Old War Office was once home to legends. Over the centuries, this imposing building has been home to such historical figures as Sir Winston Churchill, Lord Haldane, Earl Kitchener and John Profumo, and was the inspiration for Ian Fleming’s most British of special agents, James Bond.

Located in the grandiose OWO Building, the Café Lapérouse offers a variety of spaces and a haven of tranquillity amid the hustle and bustle of London.

Under the splendid canopy of the Occident pavilion, on its adjoining terrace, in the Salon Orient or in the lobby: at any time of day or night, immerse yourself in the grand history and charm of the French art de vivre, combined with the sophistication of the British capital.
